Feature
A loyalty program built around reorder cycles.
Supplement retail runs on consumables — a tub of protein lasts about a month, preworkout six weeks. Our loyalty engine is designed around that rhythm, not around coffee punch cards, and every member-facing surface carries your brand instead of ours.
01 — How it works
Points, tiers, and rules you actually control
Set the earn rules once and the program runs itself — at the kiosk, on Shopify, and at the register.
- Points per dollar and per visitEarn on purchases automatically via Shopify, and on check-ins at the kiosk. Bonus-point events when you want a busy Saturday.
- Tiers with real teethName your tiers, set thresholds, give top regulars 1.5x earn multipliers they actually notice.
- Rewards mapped to your marginsFree shakers and house-brand product make better rewards than discounts on top sellers. You define the catalog; members redeem at the kiosk or POS.
- Manual adjustments, loggedComp points when it's right — every adjustment records who and why, so Saturday staff can't comp their friends.
- Balances migrate inSwitching platforms? Members keep their points to the point — migration is what our $500 setup covers.
02 — In practice
The math has to work, or none of it matters
A loyalty program is a financial instrument: points are a liability you fund from margin, and the return is repeat purchases you wouldn't have gotten anyway. We published the full ROI worksheet — repeat-purchase math, reward liability, the vanity metrics to ignore — because we hold our own stores to it. The short version: one extra purchase a year from 20% of a 1,000-member list clears the platform fee several times over, and the win-back text to a lapsing member is the single highest-ROI message in retail.
What makes the numbers move is capture: points only work when every visit and every purchase lands on the member record. That's why the program ships with a self-serve kiosk for visits and native Shopify sync for purchases — no staff data entry, no missed points, no arguments at the register. And it's all white-labeled on your own subdomain: your regulars stay loyal to your store, which is the entire point.
03 — Questions
Straight answers.
Can I customize earn rates, tiers, and rewards?
Yes — all of it. Points per dollar, check-in points, tier names and thresholds, earn multipliers, and every reward's point cost are yours to set. We help you pick sane defaults during onboarding based on what works in our own stores.
Do my members keep their points if I switch from another platform?
Yes. Migrating balances to the point is part of the one-time $500 setup — we convert at redemption value and hand-verify top members. See the migration guide.
Is it really white-label?
Yes — your subdomain (yourstore.ecosystemscrm.com), your logo and colors on the kiosk, the member portal, and every text. Members never see our name. Details: the member portal.
