01 — The fees

Eventbrite takes about $3.50 on a $25 ticket. And it keeps your guests.

Ticketing marketplaces earn twice: a fee on every ticket, then your guest list, which they use to sell other people's events. Eco Events charges less than all three of the usual apps, and every guest who RSVPs lands in your list, under your brand.

03 — What you get

Everything a real event needs, in one place

Built for the events local brands actually run: wellness days, makers markets, run clubs, pop-up classes, launch-night parties and multi-brand collabs.

Event page

A page that sells the day

Hero photo, the full schedule with classes in it, every vendor's logo, FAQ, map and directions, share images for Instagram and texts, and a sticky "Reserve a spot" bar on phones. Server-rendered, so Google and link previews read all of it.

Tickets & classes

Paid spots, your money

Sell classes and tickets inside a free event. Seats are held while a guest pays, so you never oversell. Payments land in your own Stripe or Square account, and refunds are one click.

Vendor passport

Foot traffic for every booth

Guests tap each booth's NFC sticker to collect a stamp in Apple Wallet. A full card enters your giveaway, so they visit everyone.

One guest pass

Door, classes, booths

One QR per guest checks them in at the door, admits them to the classes they paid for, and stamps them at a booth if a tap fails.

Partner app

Vendors and instructors, sorted

Each gets a personal link: class roster, door scanner, booth visitors and change requests to you. No download, no password.

Co-hosts

Collab events, one guest list

Several brands, one event page and one RSVP. With the guest's OK, every co-host gets the list.

Texting

Reminders that get read

Text your guests reminders and day-of updates, with carrier registration handled for you.

Get discovered

A local "what's on" site

Your events show up on a Space Coast discovery site and a weekly "this weekend" list, so new people find you.

06 — Questions

Straight answers.

How is Eco Events different from Eventbrite?

Two things. Your guests stay yours: the RSVP list lives in your account, under your brand, and we never market other people's events to them. And the fees are lower: Eventbrite charges a 3.7% + $1.79 service fee plus 2.9% processing on a paid ticket in the US, about $3.50 on a $25 ticket. Eco Events costs less than Eventbrite, SweatPals and Luma.

Do my guests have to download an app?

No. Guests RSVP on your event page in a few seconds. The confirmation email adds the event to their calendar, and their pass and vendor passport go into Apple Wallet with one tap. If you have a branded member app, the passport shows there too.

Where does ticket and class money go?

Straight to your own Stripe or Square account, like any other sale. We never hold your money, and refunds are one click from the event dashboard.

What is a vendor passport?

A stamp card for markets and multi-vendor events. Guests tap their iPhone on each booth's NFC sticker to collect a stamp in Apple Wallet, and a full card enters them in your giveaway. It sends real foot traffic to every booth, and vendors see who visited.

Can several brands co-host one event?

Yes. One event page, one RSVP, and with the guest's permission every co-host gets the guest list. The lead brand takes payments for paid classes or tickets.

How do vendors and instructors check people in?

Each vendor and instructor gets a personal link to a partner app, with no download and no password. Instructors see their roster and scan guests in at the class door. Vendors scan a guest's pass to give a stamp and see their visitors.

Is Eco Events only for the Space Coast?

We are starting with hosts in Brevard County: Melbourne, Viera, Cocoa Beach, Titusville, Palm Bay and the beaches. Hosts anywhere in the US can request early access.
