Terms of Service
Plain-English headers, real obligations underneath. Effective July 31, 2026.
Effective date: July 31, 2026.
These terms govern use of the Eco Systems CRM & More platform ("the Service") by retail stores ("you," "your store"). Plain-English summaries head each section; the paragraph under it is what applies.
What the Service is
Eco Systems provides loyalty/CRM software for retail stores: a store portal, self-serve check-in kiosk, SMS campaign tools, customer segments, rewards catalog, staff accounts, Shopify integration, and a white-labeled member portal on a store subdomain, plus optional add-on modules. Features marked early access or roadmap are provided as described and may change as they mature.
Fees and billing
Current pricing is listed on the pricing page: a monthly platform fee, a one-time setup & migration fee, optional app add-ons, an included monthly SMS allowance with per-text overage, and no long-term contracts. Subscriptions bill monthly via Stripe and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. If an account becomes past due, campaign/texting features may be disabled first and the portal may become read-only after continued non-payment; member data is not deleted for non-payment.
Your data
Your store's member data is yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your member list, balances, history, and consent records at any time, including after cancellation during the wind-down period.
SMS rules — this part matters
The Service includes tooling designed for compliant texting: explicit opt-in capture, automatic STOP handling, quiet hours, drip sending, and A2P 10DLC registration that we file on your store's behalf. You agree to use it that way: message only members with recorded consent, don't import purchased lists, don't ask us to bulk-flip consent (we will refuse), and keep message content lawful for SMS (no content prohibited by carrier policies). You are the sender of your store's messages; we provide the tooling and the registration work, but compliance with laws such as the TCPA ultimately rests with the business sending the messages.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to send spam, violate law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the infrastructure, or resell access. Staff accounts are per-person; keep credentials to the people they belong to.
Our commitments and their limits
We run the Service with the care of people whose own stores depend on it, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
Termination
You can cancel anytime — month to month means month to month. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms (including SMS abuse) after notice where practicable. On termination, you get your data out; see "Your data."
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to store owners with reasonable notice, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
