We run supplement and nutrition stores. For years we ran them on the same general-purpose loyalty platforms everyone else uses — and paid enterprise money for kiosks with someone else's logo, blast tools that got our texts quietly filtered by carriers, and a POS workflow that never quite knew about our Shopify orders.

So we built our own. Not as a startup pitch — as a fix. The loyalty engine, the iPad kiosk, the drip-sent campaigns with quiet hours and opt-out handling, the Shopify sync: every piece went live in our own stores first, got broken by real Saturday traffic, and got fixed. Then other store owners started asking what we were running.

That's the product. Our stores are still on it — every release ships to us before it ships to you. When something's annoying, we're the first ones annoyed.

What we believe about this category

• Loyalty should advertise your store, not your vendor. Every member-facing surface — kiosk, portal, texts — carries your brand on your subdomain.
• Deliverability is the product. A campaign that gets carrier-filtered is worse than no campaign; throttling, A2P registration, and quiet hours belong in the platform, not in a help-center article.
• Consent is sacred. Opt-ins are explicit, opt-outs are instant, and nothing is ever mass-flipped. It's the law, and it's also why your texts land.
• No contracts. If we stop earning it, you stop paying it. Your data leaves with you.
