Feature
Community events that show up on the P&L.
Run clubs, launch nights, markets, meets — whatever gathers your people. Every event gets a branded page with one-tap RSVP, a door check-in mode on your kiosk, automatic reminders, and a report that tells you what the event actually earned.
01 — The flow
Post it, share one link, count the money.
Create an event in the portal — title, time, location, capacity, and how many points showing up is worth. Publishing mints a public event page under your brand: photo banner, date block, spots left, and an RSVP form that takes a first name and a phone number. That's the link you drop in your bio and stories.
Here's the part that matters: every RSVP is a member record. Someone who has never set foot in your store RSVPs to a run club — they're now in your CRM with consent handled correctly, before their first visit. Eventbrite keeps that relationship. We give it to you.
On event day, your kiosk flips into event mode with one link. People check in at the door with their phone number, attendance is recorded, and their points land instantly. No clipboard, no staff tap-tapping a register.
02 — After the event
The report your accountant would ask for.
Every event page in the portal shows the funnel: RSVPs → attended → new members captured → revenue from attendees in the following seven days. When the Saturday market drives $1,900 of purchases that week, you'll see it next to the event's name — and when a format doesn't earn, you'll know to change it.
Reminders are automatic: attendees who opted in get a text the day before. Events also publish to your branded website's calendar and event cards automatically, and each page carries proper Event structured data, so Google can list your events in search results.
03 — Who it's for
Not just stores.
Supplement stores run launch Saturdays and sample days. Boutiques run sip-and-shop nights. Community brands — run clubs, car meets, women's social clubs — run their entire operation on events. The loyalty engine underneath doesn't care: show up, check in, earn, come back. If your business is built on people showing up, this is the system that counts them.
